Anyways I watched the discovery channel and they said that the sun is going to burst and will destroy our planet. The sun was only 90 per cent covered here in Istanbul. X was at work and I called him up to remind him to look at it.<BR/><BR/><B>K</B> They say the next eclipse here in turkey will be in 2062.I will be 84 years old by then! If I am still alive and living in turkey.<BR/>That's one of the reasons I was excited to see it. At first I got confused with the right time( converting GMT to current time here) but then at around 130pm here, the sky suddely became dark. Like it was already late afternoon. I went out and the sun was visible. When I looked through my 3D glasses, the eclipse was quite clear. <BR/><BR/>Everyone was trying to take a photo. Including me. Unfortunately I do not have the right lens for it and ended up taking a bad picture of it.<BR/><BR/><B>Pobs</B> Yeah. It was actually a tourist attraction here especially in the Antalkya region.
